Description

TIME-SERT 11x1.5 Big-Sert Universal Head Bolt ADD-ON thread repair kit for the 2200 standard size kit. 

*****This kit contains minimal tooling as it is just an ADD-ON kit for people who have already purchased a 2200 kit, instead of purchasing a full 2200BS stand alone oversize (Big Sert) kit. 

IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY HAVE A 2200 KIT, THE 2200BSAO KIT WILL NOT HAVE ENOUGH TOOLING TO COMPLETE THE REPAIR*****

Kit includes: Drill bushing, Alignment pin, Core drill, Tap 6.5", 10 Inserts that are 30mm in length, Loctite, and (2) Head Dowels each for both GM HEADS (.617 diameter, PN# J-42385-508BS and TOYOTA/HONDA HEADS (.550 diameter, PN# 31304) 

Includes plastic carrying case.

Tap 6.5” - PN J-42385-2010BS

Head Dowel PN J-42385-508BS (Qty 2) GM

Note that this kit uses J-42385-507BS inserts which 10 are included. They are for second time repairs (holes that have been repaired previously). The 31304 line up dowels are required for Toyota, two are included (enough for one head). Also, since this is a universal kit, the instructions must be followed because of several applications are covered. Marking the depth on the drill tap and driver is very important. Since this is an add-on kit tools, ie the line up adapter plate and bolts, from the regular 2200 kit will also be needed to complete repair.
