TIME-SERT J-42385-507BS Replacement Big Sert Insert M11x1.5mm 30mm

Single TIME-SERT J-42385-507BS Northstar Over-Sized Big Sert Replacement Insert. 

The TIME-SERT Big Sert Oversize replacement insert is found in 11 x 1.5mm Big Sert thread repair kits. This is a common size head bolt thread repair insert used in several different TIME-SERT thread repair kits like the J-42385-500BS, 2200BS and 7111BS. 

*When installing BIG-SERT inserts do not back up the driver installation tool. Use a continuous right hand rotation of the installation driver tool. 

Outside diameter of this insert is 15.1mm. Used commonly when a previous competitive brand thread repair insert has failed. The Big Sert is held in with the expansion of cold rolling the bottom threads with the driver installation tool self locking it into place. The Big Sert also uses a tiny locking pin which is embedded in the lower threads further insuring that it will stay in it's installed position. The locking pin can be seen in the image above by mousing over for a magnified view.
